The Strategic Management Group (SMG) partners with PGRD senior leaders to develop and implement innovative strategies to ensure Pfizer's long-term business success. In collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), SMG develops the overall PGRD strategic agenda, including the strategic themes for each year.
